(Breed) Purchase Contract

This agreement, made this date _________________________________, between Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges, and _____________________________________________(purchaser) regarding the sale of the following Olde English Bulldogge puppy, __________________________________.

Whelped Price $__________________. A $400.00, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your pick is required to hold a puppy. Picks are made in the order deposits are received. Once the deposit is made, picks will be made by 4 weeks.  You will be told where your reserved pick is once a deposit is received. (No personal checks for final payment.) If the deposit is made before the birth of the litter, and either the sex or quantity of puppies is unavailable, your deposit will be rolled to the following litter. 

Any puppy purchased from Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges, must retain in the name , the prefix "Showstopper's (Picked Name). This is to be the ONLY kennel name to appear on any registered paperwork of said puppy. The use of any other Kennel name is subject to a one time penalty of $ 1,000.00 . 

Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges has made every effort to provide you a healthy, happy, and well socialized puppy. We guarantee this puppy to be a purebred Olde English Bulldogge and registered with the IOEBA. ( International Olde English Bulldogge Association).

  • We guarantee that all vaccinations and worming's have been given on the dates reported on the vaccination record.
  • We encourage you to take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If your puppy is found to have a life-threatening hereditary or congenital defect at this exam, you will have the opportunity to have the puppy replaced, or other compensation outlined by the Pennsylvania Puppy Lemon Law, provided to you by Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges.
  • After the guarantee provided by the Lemon Law expires, Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges will provide an extended guarantee against life threatening congenital or Hereditary disease until 1 year of age. Hereditary any congenital or Hereditary issues arise and be documented by your veterinarian in this period of time, Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges will replace the puppy, (upon confirmation from our veterinarian), with a new puppy of equal value. No money will be returned during this extended guarantee period.
  • We selectively breed to reduce issues and provide you with a healthy puppy. Cherry Eye, Entropian, Loose Hips, Skin Allergies, Stenotic Nares, are NOT covered under this guarantee, (unless proven to be hereditary), as they can be normal issues within bulldogge breeds. Injury,Fleas, Mites, Intestinal Parasites, Giardia, Coccidia, are also not covered as these issues are easily treated and not life threatening if taken care of with proper veterinary service.
  • Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Corona Virus, Distemper, and Kennel Cough after the first 24 Hours, these are highly contagious diseases and can be contracted as soon as the puppy leaves the Breeder's kennel.
  • We do not guarantee projected size or color of adult dogs. There is no guarantee that this puppy will be show quality or up to breeding standard at time of becoming an adult. we strive to breed healthy, happy bulldogges that are as close to standard as possible. Please keep in mind that there is NO dog 100% to standard.
  • You the buyer agree to keep your puppy in good health by providing good food, veterinarian care as needed, annual boosters, and proper shelter. Please remember that puppies are babies and require attention, love, and time to be raised into well behaved dogs. As their name suggest, these are Bulldogges and may be very stubborn by nature, your puppy may need professional training or encouragement to become the pet you seek. You WILL NOT abuse, harm, or use your puppy/dog for any illegal activities.
  • This contract is valid between Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges (Breeder), and the undersigned original purchaser. In the event of any life changes causing this puppy/dog to need to be re-homed, Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges will be informed and offered first chance to purchase the puppy/dog back. Hereditary Showstopper Olde English Bulldogges refuse the opportunity to repurchase the puppy/dog, the owner has the right to sell the puppy/dog.
